Donald Eugene Marsh

Donald Eugene Marsh, 83, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away March 21, 2020. He was born December 11, 1946 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Oscar and Elva Marsh.

Donald was a lifetime Indiana resident and attended Tech High School in Indianapolis. He went straight into the workforce after school, working for Chrysler and Shower Trucking company, where he ultimately retired from. He met the love of his life, LeNell, at a social function in 1981. The pair hit it off and the rest is history; they were married a short time later. Donald enjoyed golfing, watching movies, and absolutely adored his dog, Pumpkin. He loved spending time with his grandkids, going camping, and would never miss a Strawberry Festival. His family remembers him as an ornery but sweet, kind man. His passing leaves an empty space in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to meet him; he will be lovingly remembered by all.

Donald is preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Elva; loving wife of 16 years, LaNell Marsh; children, Michael and Michelle. Surviving to carry on his legacy are children, Kevin, Tina, Kimberly, and Sherri; siblings, Rick, Shirley, and Pam; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family members and friends.
