Diane J. Meinhardt

Diane J. (Schuett) Meinhardt, 68, of Ferdinand, Indiana, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020.

Born in Harvard, Illinois, to Roy C. and Renata L. (Luepke) Schuett, she graduated from Alden-Hebron High School in 1970 and went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois in 1974.

She eventually moved to Ferdinand, Indiana along with her then-husband, Leland Meinhardt and sons, Jason, Justin, and Joel, in 1986 where she resided for 34 years until her passing.

She is survived by two brothers—Albert Schuett, 77, of Nekoosa, WI; and Donald Schuett, 72, of Harvard, IL; three sons, Jason, 40, of Evansville, IN; Justin, 38, of Greenwood, IN; and Joel, 37, of Indianapolis, IN; and six grandchildren:  Madison Meinhardt, 15, daughter of Jason Meinhardt; Cale Meinhardt, 7, son of Justin Meinhardt; Ethan Meinhardt, 5, son of Jason Meinhardt; and one-year-old triplets—Nolan, Benjamin, and Coen, sons of Justin and his wife, Kyra (Lukens) Meinhardt.

Services for Diane Meinhardt will be held on Thursday, December 3rd at the Flanner Buchanan- Washington Park North Funeral Center located at 2706 Kessler Blvd, West Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46228.  Visitation will be from 11:00am – 1:00pm EST with a memorial service immediately following.
