Dennis -Bud- Damron

Dennis “Bud” Damron, 66 of Indianapolis, passed away on December 11, 2016.

Bud was born on January 26, 1950 in Cincinnati to the late Harlan Damron and Lena Jones Damron Daniels. He was an auto and diesel mechanic for several local dealerships, a drag racer and dirt track racer earlier in his younger days, enjoyed horseback riding, and was a member of the Masonic Lodge.

Bud is survived by his son; Brian Bradshaw (Karen), step-son, Von Cowper (Ruth), daughter-in-law, Angie Damron, 6 grandchildren; Kimberlee, Dustin, and Austin Damron, Brittney Cowper, Sydney and Allison Bradshaw, 3 great-grandchildren; Andrew, Ralynn, and Mason, a half-brother, Eugene Daniels (Sharon), many nieces and nephews, and his old lady Linda Damron Bradshaw. He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Dennis A. Damron.

A funeral service will take place 2:00pm on Tuesday, December 20, with visitation from noon until the time of service at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
