Delores Virginia "Jenny" Myrick

Delores Virginia “Jenny” Myrick of Indianapolis passed away on April 24, 2020 at the age of 88.

Jenny was born in Ramsey, West Virginia to the late Hugh and Winona Nutter.

She worked as the Cafeteria Manager for IPS Schools for over 44 years.  She was a member of the Southeastern United Church of Christ for over 50 years.
She loved to be with her grandchildren.  She enjoyed cooking and having family over.

She is survived by her sons Ron (Kathleen) Myrick, Gary Myrick, and Robert (Amy) Myrick, Jr; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and siblings Arlene Rae (Jim) Royer, Carolyn Sue (Terry) Ingles, and Hugh Lincoln “HL” Nutter.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Myrick; son Joseph Michael Myrick: and siblings William Leon Nutter, Darrel Eugene “Buster” Nutter, Shirley Ann, Nancy Evelyn, and Faila Kathryn “Dot”.

Private services are being held.  She will be laid to rest at Washington Park East Cemetery.
