Preceded by her parents Lloyd and Esther Brooks.

Survived by husband David Thomas, daughter Katelyn Thomas, older brother Doug Brooks and younger brother Dennie Brooks.

Deb had such a strong passion for sharing her love of God and the Lord Jesus Christ. She had several churches she visited and was active in the church communities. She spent a lot of her spare time reading the Bible and listening to on-line sermons. She had such a big heart, she would try to help everyone she possibly could by sharing what she knew about God, healthy lifestyles, supplements and nutrition. She had a heart for helping others.

Deb was also social and loved hosting pot-lucks, pool parties, and dinners. She shared her laughter and passions with everyone she met. She also loved sharing how proud she was of her daughter Kate’s and fiancée Kody’s equestrian and train businesses. Her enthusiasm for their success was never unnoticed.

She was a huge fan of sports and she could be found watching them with her brothers, Doug and Dennie, on Face-Time shouting and cheering her favorite teams on. Specifically, the Indianapolis Colts, the Denver Broncos, and the Indiana Hoosiers basketball teams.

But foremost on her heart was that everyone would come to know the Lord Jesus Christ.
