Dawn Michelle Seiler

Dawn Michelle Seiler, 39, of Indianapolis passed away on August 18, 2019.

Dawn was born on July 3, 1980 in Indianapolis to Catherine and William Monday. After receiving her associates degree, she entered the medical field working as a medical assistant for many years. Dawn had a huge heart and was always giving of herself to others and it showed not only in her professional life, but with her friends and family too. She was known as being the cool mom, who made sure to be at every game cheering on her kids. Dawn and her husband played on a bowling league together for many years at All Star Bowling and it was no secret who the team leader was. She enjoyed celebrating Halloween, she was outspoken and quirky, but she was dearly loved by many. Although Dawn had medical struggles for many years, she always faced each new procedure with a positive attitude, bravery and courage.

She leaves behind her beloved husband of 15 years, Ryan M. Seiler; daughter, Skylee Seiler; son, Colt Seiler; mother, Cathy (Jeff) Collier; father, William Ray Monday; brother, Jeffery A. Monday; and a host of other family and friends. She is now at peace and has joined her grandparents in heaven.

Family and friends are invited to gather from 4:00pm-8:00pm on Friday, August 23, 2019 at Flanner Buchanan- Washington Park East. A funeral service will take place at 1:00pm on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Washington Park East Cemetery.

As a final act of love to others, Dawn gave the gift of life through organ donation, and through this gift she was able to save the lives of 8 others.
