David Alan Scheiter

David A. Scheiter, 64, a lifelong resident of Greenfield, passed away peacefully at home October 7th 2024. David was born May 4th 1960 to parents Joan and Wilfred Scheiter.

 David grew up in Greenfield and graduated from Greenfield-Central High School in 1978.

 On January 8th, 1994, David married Cynthia Poutouves. They shared thirty beautiful years together.

David persevered through physical hardship with graceful humor and the love of his family. 

 David is survived by his adoring wife Cynthia; his dedicated son Benjamin; his cherished daughter Samantha and son-in-law Dominic Peloso; his brother Gary and wife Tondia; his brother Jeff; his sister Carol Reed and husband Kent; and his sister Natalie. He is preceded in death by his parents.

 David’s celebration of life will be held at a later date.
