David Paul Humphreys

90, passed away on August 8, 2018 in Indianapolis, Indiana. David was born in Bellefontaine, OH on January 16, 1928 as the son of Oscar and Vernon Humphreys.
After graduating high school David went on to marry his high school sweetheart in 1945. David then went and started working with the Conrail Railroad as an engineer. Where he worked until he retired at the age of 57.
He will always be remembered as a caring family man and husband. Survivors include his wife of 73 years, son Michael (Paula), daughter Vickie (Steve), seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. David was preceded in death by his daughter Randy and grandson Kyle.
There will be a small service held at Washington Park North Cemetery – 2702 Kessler Blvd. West Dr., Indianapolis, IN 46228 at 10am on Monday August 13, 2018.
