David Moore

David Moore of Indianapolis died March 6, 2022 surrounded by his loving family at the age of 59.

He was born November 11, 1962 in West Lafayette, IN to Darrel Moore and the late Clarice Moore.

David was a graduate of Cathedral High School and Purdue University. He spent his career as an electrical engineer for the Department of Defense DCMA. He was a member of St. Simon Catholic Church. In his free time, he enjoyed gardening.

He is survived by his wife Nancy Moore; daughters Valerie and Anna Maria Moore; father Darrel Moore; siblings Mary Moore-Schick, John S. Moore (Kris) and Mona Mulvany (Craig); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and Tiger the cat.

He was preceded in death by his mother Clarice Moore.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 11 from 3 to 8 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Geist, 7855 Cork Road, Indianapolis. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday March 12 at 10 AM in St. Simon the Apostle Catholic Church, 8155 Oaklandon Road, Indianapolis.  Burial will follow at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.

Memorial contributions in his name may be made to Cathedral High School, 5225 E. 56th St, Indianapolis, IN 46226.
