David L. Wright

David L. Wright, 69, of Indianapolis, IN passed away December 7, 2019. David was born to the late Robert A. and Betty J. Palmer Wright in Indianapolis on June 2, 1950.

After completing high school, David entered the workforce in the automotive industry and retired as a dedicated employee working for Dan Young Chevrolet / Penske Chevrolet for nearly 30 years.

David was a loving father who enjoyed being a part of his children’s sports and extracurricular activities. He was always involved and was there to support his kids and build confidence in their abilities to face new challenges on their own.

He enjoyed deer hunting season in November, and every year he would schedule one of his vacations around the hunting season.

David is survived by his adoring children: sons Eric Wright, Paul Fager, Toby Lagle,  Levi Lewis, and daughter Malisa Fager Byerly

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 13, 2019, from 11AM-2PM with a funeral service to begin at 2PM at Flanner Buchanan-Memorial Park, 9350 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, 46229.
