David "Dave" Springer

David (Dave) Springer, 83, died earlier this year at his home in Carmel. He was a beloved family man and friend. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, their family, his siblings and their families. Early in his career, he proudly served for five years in the U.S. Marine Corps during which time he became a Captain. He then went into insurance and, in time, owned his own Allstate agency. He valued serving his clients well. Serving in various ministries at their church was important to him. He also enjoyed woodworking and joke-telling. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, June 5th, at Flanner Buchanan - Carmel, at 10:00 a.m. Masks and social distancing will be required.
