David "Dave" A. Hartley, Jr.

David A. “Dave” Hartley, Jr., 51 of Westfield, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2021. Dave was born August 23, 1969 at a US Army Hospital in Munich, Germany. He was a 1987 graduate of Jimtown High School in Elkhart, IN and went on to attend Indiana University.

Dave was the founder and president of the Indiana Liquor Group, the second largest retail liquor group in Indiana, which he started in 2018. Prior, he acquired and led Home Health Depot, one of the country’s fastest growing medical equipment companies, which he sold in 2017.

Dave enjoyed boating, bicycling, travel, racing high performance cars and spending time with his family.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 27 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Ritz Charles 12156 N. Meridian St. Carmel, IN 46032.

Dave is survived by his wife of 29 years, Gina; children, Madison, Carson and Reagan; mother, Diana Patterson; step father, Emery Patterson; siblings, Shaun Hartley, Lisa Fiess and Abby Kellner. He was preceded in death by his father, David A. Hartley, Sr.
