David Blair Spring

David Blair Spring, 81, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on February 27, 2021.

David was born in Cincinnati, OH on December 5, 1939 to parents, Guy W. and Janet (Blair) Spring.  David graduated from Park School and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Murray State University.

During his career, Dave worked as an employee benefits broker, following his father’s footsteps, for over 55 years.

Dave was an active member of Second Presbyterian Church serving as a Deacon and Great Banquet leader for many years.  He was an avid outdoorsman spending many hours golfing at Woodstock and shooting with the Crow’s Nest Skeet Club. He loved spending time on Lamb Lake and Sanibel Island, beside his wife Marsha, their family and their very dear friends.  And his many four legged friends…..

Dave was a friend to all.

He is survived by his wife, Marsha Spring and their three daughters: Marjorie Phillips, Janet Main and Blair McKissock; eight grandchildren; and many other beloved extended family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 9, 2021 at Second Presbyterian Church, 7700 N Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46260.  Extended family members and friends may view the service virtually HERE.
