Damian Andrew West

Damian “Drew” West
of Brownsburg, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the age of 45. He was born in Danville, Indiana on April 3, 1973 to David and Candy West.
Upon his graduation from High School, Drew entered the United States Marine Corps and was awarded the Rifle Marksman Badge, National Defense Service Medal, Meritorious Mast, and the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon. He was proud that he was granted the opportunity to serve his Country. After his service, he went on to work with his father as the Operations Manager of West Outdoor Services. In his free time Drew loved riding his Harley and playing guitar. He was a fun-loving guy who always made people laugh, and he will be missed by all whose life he had impacted.
Drew was preceded in death by his brother, David Christian West, grandmother, Shirley King, and step-brother, James Whiten.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory: his daughter, Aerial West (Patrick Kidwell) and grandson Vinny, mother, Candy West (Lee Whiten), father, David West, brother, Ben (Stacey) West, nieces and nephews Bailey, Teagen, Liam, Rowan, and Tristan West.
Visitation will be held at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park North, 2706 Kessler Boulevard West Drive, Indianapolis, on Sunday, March 10, 2019 from 10am-12pm. Services will begin at 12pm. A private family burial will be held at a later time.
