Daemon A. Link (Kingston) 18, passed away on October 14th as a result of gun violence. He was born July 3rd, 2001 in Atlanta, Georgia to Okadema Link and Tonya Link. He attended Elder Diggs Elementary, Shortridge High School, and North Central High School where he graduated in May 2019. During Daemons short life on this earth, he spent most of his life battling Bone Cancer and enjoying life up until his death. Daemon was and still is the definition of strength and courage. He still found a way to live his life with the cards he’s been dealt, he still found a way to smile, to laugh, and just live as free as he could.
He is survived by his parents who loved him dearly, Okadema and Tonya Link, maternal grandparents Cinda Brown and Sgt. Robert Love, paternal grandparents George (deceased) and Zettie Link, his sisters Tiera, Sharnell (deceased) and Shantiana Willis, Niesha Link, brothers Deangelo (deceased) and Eddie Link, Maternal Aunts Clara, Chantal, and Tammi, paternal aunts Takora, Kim, and Thelma , and a host of cousins and friends, in addition to several honorary aunts and uncles. He is also survived by his loving girlfriend of 4 years Trinitee Perry and her family.
