Craig S. Williams

CRAIG S. WILLIAMS, son of the late Jeff and Catherine (Baggett) Williams, was born on September 2, 1952, Indianapolis, Indiana.

CRAIG attended Indianapolis Public School #26 and Arsenal Technical High School Class of 1970.

CRAIG was employed as a warehouse worker at Time Life Books and Heidelman’s in Indianapolis IN.

CRAIG at an early age accepted Jesus Christ at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Indianapolis, IN.

CRAIG was known by his nickname “Small Change”.  He was active at several social clubs in Indianapolis, IN.  Sponsoring many events at The Triangle Civic Club, Ebony and Ivory, and The Grand.   He never met a stranger and will forever be remembered by those who had the privilege to be a part of his social circle or attend one of his “Backyard Barbeques”.

CRAIG departed this life on February 7, 2019 at the age of 66 years.  He was preceded in death by Father, Jeff Williams; Mother, Catherine Baggett Williams; Brothers, Lloyd T. Williams, Jeffery A. Williams, Floyd L. Williams; Son, Craig Williams Jr. and Grandson Nathan Williams.

CRAIG leaves to cherish his memory:  Daughters; Yolanda Williams, Deanna Jones and Deiara Jones; Sister, Leslie J. Woods; Sister-in-laws, Vicki L. Thomas and Regina P. Williams; Grandchildren Lance Brown, De’Anthony Smith, Meranda Smith, Yaquanna Williams, Justin Rudolph, Dawand Jones ; 9 Great-Grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
