85, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on January 1, 2023. Corabelle was born on December 13, 1937 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Lula Louise and Elmer D. Phillips. She was retired from Allison Payment Systems. She was a member of the American Legion Post 64. She was preceded in death by children, Teresa Pemberton, Ronnie Gene Johnson and Donny Gene Johnson; granddaughter, Nicole Hampshire; brother, Elmer Phillips, Jr.; sisters, Doris Ann Phillips and Laverne Kaylor and her parents. She is survived by her husband, Norman Mikels; children, Tony (Diane) Hampshire and Louellen (Steve Brock) Johnson; grandchildren, Elijah Johnson, Dustin Sizemore, Laura Hampshire and Ashley Zimmerman and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, January 12, 2023, from 4 pm to 8 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Service will be Friday, January 13, 2023, at 10 am at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Burial will follow at Clayton Cemetery.
