Constance S. Mcclure

Constance S. McClure, 74, of Indianapolis, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018.

She was born on October 24, 1943 in Madison, IN as the oldest of 9 children born to Norval G. and Helen L. (Medlen) McClure.  Connie graduated from Madison Consolidated High School and attended Bible College.  She worked as a clerk for Deaconess Hospital, Methodist Hospital and AmVets.  Connie loved to play Yahtzee and do puzzles.  She was an avid reader and loved watching her soap operas.  Connie loved her family and spent countless hours babysitting her many nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her siblings, Carol DeWitt, Glenn McClure, Bill McClure, Jack McClure, Mike McClure, Jim Medlen and Linda Robbins; along with several very special nieces and nephews.  Connie was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Chuck McClure.

Funeral services for Connie will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at 3pm at Flanner Buchanan – Memorial Park.  Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the service, also at the funeral home.  A private burial will take place in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Friends are invited to leave online condolences for the family at www.flannerbuchanan.com.
