Connie Jo Abell

Connie Jo Abell, 72, of Indianapolis passed away on Sunday, December 11th, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital. She fought long and hard!

She had a great love for her family and friends! A stranger, she never knew. To her, we were all family—if you knew her for 5 minutes or 50 years. Her generosity was second to none.

She was proceeded is death by her late husband, Henry Abell of Morganfield, KY; her son, Timothy D. Abell of Indianapolis, son-in-law, Robert R. Sims of Indianapolis and grandaughter, Patricia Farmer of Paducah, KY.

Connie is survived by a host of family including:
Ricky (Wanda) Abell of Morganfield, KY, Steve Abell of Morganfield, KY, Ronnie Abell of Indianapolis, Frankie (Marianne) Abell of Indianapolis, Kimberly Abell of Indianapolis, Lois McCammon of Carlisle, IN, and Mary (Tony) Kelley of Cloverdale, IN.

She leaves behind 19 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great grandchild.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 16 at 2 PM at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park North, 2706 Kessler Blvd. W. Drive, with visitation from 12 PM until service time.
