Clifton Frank White, 91, of Indianapolis, IN passed away March 16, 2021. He was born May 15, 1929 in Indianapolis, IN to the late William Irvin and Ethel Mae (McFarland) White. Clifton retired as a truck driver from Holland Trucking after many years. He attended Mortuary School and worked as a Licensed Funeral Director in Hanover, IN and he also at one time worked as a realtor for Ron Matthew’s Realty Co. He proudly served in the U S Army during 1951-1953. Clifton was a generous man and knew no stranger. He was very faithful in meeting his buddies for coffee and a meal on a regular basis. He is survived by his loving daughters, Michele (Tom) Perkins, Lindy (Scott) Hartsalla, Kimmi Godbey, grandchildren, Angel Curry, Heather Seib, Jeffrey Godbey II, Amber Godbey, great grandchildren, Tyler Curry, Jayden Godbey, Logan Seib, Levi Seib, and Quincy Adcock, and a great-great grandson, Oliver Curry. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Rosemary White, and children, Brenda Pierce, and Clifton “Butch” White. Services will be held on Monday, March 22, 2021 12:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Decatur Township with visitation there one hour prior to the service. Additional visitation will be held Sunday, March 21, 2021 4-8 PM at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
