Clifford Edward Edgemon Jr., 58, passed away at his home on March 1, 2024.
He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, on December 30, 1965, to Clifford Edgemon Sr. and Charlene Harris Edgemon.
Clifford graduated high school in 1984 from Beech Grove High school, and pursued a career in law enforcement. He worked for multiple agencies including the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, where he was reserve deputy of the year, and Indianapolis Police Department. In 1990 he met the woman who would be his wife and partner throughout his life, Madonna Marie Henry, they would then marry in 1992. In 1993 he was the proud father to his first daughter Madonna Ann, and two years later in 1995 he became a father to his youngest daughter Brianna. He was a dedicated husband and father, forever proud and talking about his girls. He enjoyed teaching his girls how to fish, how to build things, and teaching them all the funny faces he loved to make. His favorite place to go was Indiana Dunes National Park with his girls and spend the day on the beach laughing at his daughters feeding the seagulls. He had a heart full of love and a laugh that was contagious.
He is survived by his loving wife, Madonna; daughters,Brianna and Madonna Ann; his parents; Clifford and Charlene; his brother Richard; sister in law, Amy; and niece, Emily; and nephew, Alberto.
