Cleo D. Landrey

With her children by her side, Cleo D. Landrey passed away at the age of 89 on April 15, 2021. She was born January of 1932 in Paragon, Indiana. She married the “love of her life”, Clifford Dean Landrey on December 21, 1951 and was married for 61 years.

Her family always came first. The daughter of Alva Burl and Frances Marie Davis Day, Cleo was blessed with siblings: Phyllis, Dorothy, Colleen, Darlene; and brothers, Romaine and Paul. Whom she loved so very much and treasured every minute they shared together.

She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Clifford Dean; sisters: Colleen and Phyllis; and brother, Romaine.

Cleo lived a full life as a wonderful, dedicated mother who cherished every moment of raising her 3 children and embraced her future titles of mother-in-law, grandma of 12, and great-grandma of 17!. Her words of wisdom and strong family values were instilled in her children who she loved more than life itself.

The family wishes to express appreciation to the nurses and staff of The Lodge at Harbour Manor for the love and care they have given her over the past 8 months.

Friends and family may pay their respects on Wednesday, April 21^st from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Speedway, 2950 N. High School Road, Indianapolis, IN 46224. This will be followed by a short service at 2:00 PM at Lincoln Memory Gardens, 6851 S. Indianapolis Road, Whitestown, Indiana 46075, where she will be laid to rest.
