Clarence Votava

Clarence “Bud” James Votava,

95, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 3, 2017. He was born Februaury 14, 1921. Bud was a Chief Engineer for Delco Electronics, retiring in 1981 and a WWII veteran of the Army Air Corps. Bud graduated from the IL Institute of Technology and was a proud member of the Zionsville Christian Church.
Bud was preceded in death by his loving wife, Doris Ann. He is survived by his daughters, Ruth (Jerome) Brown and Phyllis (Kevin) Best; 4 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will take place on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Flanner and Buchanan-Zionsville at 11am, with calling one hour prior. A committal will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens in Kokomo. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hooverwood Foundation or the St. Vincent Foundation.
