Christopher David Plummer, 60 of Speedway, died at 12:38 p.m., July 29, 2017, at Eskenazi Health of Indianapolis.
Chris was born November 16, 1956 in Indianapolis, the son of William Carl and Anita Pearl (Lynn) Plummer.
Chris enjoyed classic rock music. He was an avid Colts and Pacers fan, always reading the entire sports section of the paper. In his leisure time, Chris liked to fish and play cards with friends. A wonderful brother to ten brothers and sisters. Chris will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him. To our loving brother, father and grandfather, until we meet again.
The funeral will be at 10:00 a.m. At St. Joseph’s Catholic Church located at 1401 S. Mickley Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46241 with Father Rob Hausladen officiating. Calling will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Flanner Buchanan Speedway location at 2950 N. High School Road, Speedway. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Indianapolis.
Survivors include his daughters, Angela (Stephen) Hardin, Monika (Larry) Spears; brothers, Larry (Penny) Plummer, Mark (Beth) Plummer, Greg (Kim) Plummer, Jeff Plummer, Andy Plummer and Tim Plummer; sisters, Cathy Plummer, Jennifer (Tom) Feeney; grandchildren, Mariah Hardin, Vaughn Jenkinson, Sabrina Jenkinson and Austin Hardin.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, John David Plummer and Danny Plummer.
