Christian “King” Alexander Jones-Christopher, 27, of Indianapolis, went home to be with the Lord on March 9, 2021. He was born to Joseph Christopher and Rebecca L. Jones on July 23, 1993.
Christian graduated from Mt. Vernon High School in the class of 2011. He went on to service his country proudly in the United States Air Force. He attended Ivy Tech and Ball State colleges, where he studied Exercise Science and Personal Training. Christian worked in the hospitality industry where he impacted several lives with his outgoing personality and kind smile.
Christian’s ultimate dream was to become a professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter. He was incredibly successful, holding an amateur record of 8-2, then professional record of 2-1.
Christian is preceded in death by his grandmother, Pauline Jones of Howardsville, MO; his grandfather, Atlas; and his sister, Rolonda R. Conway of Kissimmee, FL.
Christian lives on through his parents: Joseph Christopher of Charlotte, NC ; Rebecca L. Jones of Indianapolis, IN; his brother, Philarious L. Conway of Wenona, IL; his sister, Iesha Y. Williams of Orlando, FL; his son, Coen; his daughter, Isla; his nephew, E’Shun J. Diggs of Orlando, FL; his niece, Leigh R Williams of Orlando, FL; his girlfriend, Kaytlin Irene Fee; niece, Ashley Blom; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A visitation will take place on Friday, March 19, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 8:00pm at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East at the Community Life Center, 10612 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN. The funeral will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 11 am at the Community Life Center. Christian will be laid to rest with his family at Sand Hill Cemetery in New Madrid, Missouri.
