Cheryl Ann Davidson 34, of Whitestown, Indiana, left us to be in her Savior’s arms on Thursday, August 31, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by family and friends. Cheryl was born on May 11, 1983 and spent her childhood in Hawthorne, NJ. She graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2006. She married her husband Greg Davidson on February 2010 and gave birth to two beautiful children in 2011 and 2014. She received her MBA from the University of New Haven and left Carrier, a division of United Technologies to become a stay at home wife and mother in 2012. She also pursued her lifetime love of physical fitness and dance by becoming a REFIT instructor where she led classes at the YMCA in Avon, Indiana.
She attended worship and was baptized with Greg at Traders Point Christian Church where she fell in love with missions and reaching children of underserved countries. Following her heart for missions she traveled with CSI Ministries to Jamaica last July, where she was privileged enough to meet the child she and Greg continue to sponsor.
She is survived by her loving husband, Greg, her two sons, Cayden (6) and Liam (3); her mother Betty O’Bryan and husband Kevin; her father Jim Kucharski and wife Jean; her sister Lisa Mello and husband Gregg and her sister Nicole Kucharski. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and family members too numerous to list.
There will be a casual open gathering on Wednesday evening (September 6). The church will be open from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. There also will be a formal Celebration of Life Service on Thursday September 7 at 1:00 pm. Both events will be held at Traders Point Christian Church, 6590 S. Indianapolis Road, Whitestown, IN.
In lieu flowers please make donations to CSI Ministries (csiministries.org) or Traders Point Christian Church (tpcc.org).
