Cheri Towns

Sharron Towns, a devoted mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2024, at the age of 73. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana on May 22, 1951 to Donald and Patricia Towns, Sharron (Cheri) will be remembered for her strength, family values, and love of animals.

Cheri is survived by her parents and 4 sisters, her children Geoffrey Ostermeyer and Christine Ostermeyer, and her granddaughter Ivy Harris.

Visitation will be 12-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at Flanner Buchanan – Zionsville. A memorial service will begin at 1:30 p.m. Cheri will be laid to rest, following the service, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, during a private ceremony.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society.
