Charlotte Marie (Eakes) (Apple) Forth

85, passed away February 8, 2020. She was born on September 29, 1934 in Pendleton, Indiana as the daughter of Frank Eakes and Myrtle Apple.

Charlotte will be loved and missed by all who knew her. She enjoyed crocheting and working in flower beds and flower garden around her house. She especially loved her roses.

Charlotte is survived by her son, Kevin (Brenda) Forth; daughter, Pamela Forth; grandchildren: Nikki (Jerrell) Dawson, Benjamin (Krystin) Forth, Zhana Forth; great grandchildren: Piper Forth, Baylor Forth; brother Michael (Beverly) Apple; and sister in law, Alene Apple.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother David Apple.
