Charline Brummett

Bedford, Indiana – Charline Brummett, 61, passed away after a short illness. A beloved mother and daughter, Charline’s smile will be deeply missed.

Charline was born on September 9, 1963, to parents Leroy Passmore McKnight and Betty Jo (Tucker) Clark. She worked as a home health-aid for many years.

When she had time for herself, Charline enjoyed playing games on her phone, watching shows like the Masked Singer, and listening to Blake Shelton.

Charline was always known for her humor, her jokes, and her smile. It lit up the room when she entered and lifted everyone’s spirits with hers. She had a special love for her animals, including two turtles, a cat, and a dog. A friend to all, she never met a stranger and most of all, loved her family and especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Charline is preceded in death by her brother Leroy McKnight.

Charline is survived by her husband, William Earl Brummett; children Justin Brummett (Kelly) and Teri Brummett (Devon); brother Roy McKnight; and grandchildren Mikael Brummett, Caden Brummett, Kara Brummett, Alexa Brummett, and Skylynn McKimmy.

Service will be held graveside at Washington Park Cemetery on Friday, February 14, 2025, at 2 pm.
