Charles Emerson Young of Danville died Tuesday in his residence. He was 79.
Born Sept. 2, 1932, in Indianapolis, he was a son of the late Emerson and Pansey Sullivan Young. He married Shirley Jean Cox on Feb. 3, 1956. She survives.
