Charles Dana "Chuck" Denney

Charles Dana “Chuck” Denney, 85, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on October 18, 2019. He was born on May 10, 1934, to the Late Hiram and Vira Denney.

Chuck served four years in the United States Air Force as Air Police. He retired after a 38 year career with the Marion County Sheriff Department. He was also a member of the Scottish Rite, and the Southeastern Church of Christ.

Chuck was preceded in death by his siblings: Donald Denney, Morris Denney, Nelda Jean Radtke, Maureen Denney, and Clyde Denney. He is survived by his wife, Patsy;  son, Galen Denney; and brothers: Marvin Denney and Wayne Denney.

Visitation  will take place on Monday, October 21, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 East Washington Street, Indianapolis. A funeral service will follow visitation at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
