Carolyn L. Yarbrough

Carolyn L. Yarbrough 71 of Clayton, Indiana passed away unexpectedly March 20, 2023. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on July 4, 1951, to the late Carl Avery and Roberta (Randall) McKim. Carolyn was a woman with a keen eye for art, loving to draw, color, and paint to express her artistic joy. She also enjoyed sewing and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren spoiling them, as grandmothers should. She was dearly loved and will be missed by many. Carolyn is survived by her loving children, Michelle Kirkman, son-in-law, Benjamin Kirkman, William Yarbrough, Jr., and her grandchildren, Kaiti, Jackson, Lila, Abi, and Emily. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, William Yarbrough in 2015. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 27, 2023, 11:00am-1:00pm at Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township with the service there at 1:00pm. She will be laid to rest at West Newton Cemetery in West Newton, Indiana. The family suggests that memorial gifts should be made to the Wheeler Mission in memory of Carolyn.
