Carol Suzanne "Sue" Phillippe

Carol Suzanne “Sue” Morgan Phillippe, 87 of Indianapolis, passed away on July 16, 2019. She was born on January 15, 1932 to the late Wilbur and Iris Morgan.

Sue was the youngest of 4, James Russell, Virgil Lee, and Emily Dell. She graduated from Washington High School in 1950 and attended Indiana State University for 1 year. She later married Gordon Phillippe in 1954.

Sue was a charter member for John Knox Presbyterian Church. In 1994 she retired from Blue & White Service, and again in 2009 from Meijer.

Sue was preceded in passing by her parents, her husband, Gordon Phillippe; her granddaughter Stacey Phillippe; and her great grandchildren, Adrian Phillippe and Gracie Hutson.

Sue is survived by her children, Dennis (Linda) Phillippe, Becki (Gary) Hurt, and Jackie (Bill) Stoeffler; 8 granchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Friday, July 26^, 2019 at John Knox Presbyterian Church, 3000 N High School Rd., from 11-1PM, with the service immediately following at 1PM. The final resting place will be at Crown Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to John Knox Presbyterian Church.
