Carol Jean Phelps

Carol Jean Phelps, 76, of Fishers died October 11, 2017.

Carol was born in Ferdinand, Indiana and was a proud mother of two sons, Jay and Sheldon. She loved animals, and could usually be seen sporting animal print. She loved classic cars, Elvis, collecting bells, gardening, and playing practical jokes. In her later years, she enjoyed her participation in the Red Hat Society and spending time with her grandson, Zach.

Carol is preceded in death by her husband, Darrel, and son, Jay.

She is survived by her son, Sheldon, daughter in-law, Suzanne, and grandson, Zachary Phelps of Zionsville.

A Memorial Service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 18 at Holy Spirit Parish at Geist, 10350 Glaser Way, Fishers.
