Carol Jean Kring

Carol Jean Kring (Walker), 72 of Speedway, IN went to be with her Lord on October 3, 2018. Carol was a devoted wife of 52 years, and cared deeply for her family. She was a devoted friend. She loved to sit in her living room or kitchen and talk with anyone who came by. She enjoyed spending time with children. She was a long-time member of Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, was involved with the United Methodist Women, Stephens Ministry, and many other activities at the church. Carol touched the lives of many people.

She is survived by her husband, Jonathan P. Kring of Speedway; her siblings Donna Medeiros of Indianapolis, John Walker (wife Denise) of Wingate, and George Walker (wife Darlene) of Puyallup, WA; her children Eric J. Kring (wife Jill) of Indianapolis, Neil A. Kring (wife Kelly) of Muncie, IN and Paul F. Kring (fiancé Tabitha Patrick) of McMinnville, TN; her grandchildren Gage (wife Alicia) and Cole Lewis, Ethan, Loren, Taylor (husband Alan McPherson), Dyllan, Wesley, Jaelen, Colbey, and Jon Asher Kring.

Visitation will be on Monday, October 8, 2018 at Flanner Buchanan-Speedway, 2950 N. High School Rd., from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Service will be on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, 963 N Girls School Rd., at 11 a.m.
