Carl Stanley Hicks

Carl Stanley Hicks, 71 of Indianapolis, IN passed away on October 2, 2020. He was born on November 28, 1948 in Maytown, Kentucky to the late Dewey and Rosa (Hayes) Hicks. Carl was a Union Welder for Local #440 before retiring. He was loved and will be missed by many who knew him. Carl was survived by his loving wife, Judith Ann “Judy” (Stuart) Hicks, children, Ann Rivera, Curtis Hicks, Victoria Carney, step-sons, Shannon Claywell, Brian Claywell, grandchildren, James Mills, Cory Mills, Mason Hicks, Tanner Hicks, Samuel Carney, Miley Ann Mahomey, a great grandchild, Jaylyn Mills, and his sister, Patricia Hoover. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Flanner Buchanan Floral Park with visitation there at 11:00 AM until the service at 1:00 PM. He will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
