Bruno V. Hyten of Greenfield died on March 10, 2021 at the age of 71.
He was born February 14, 1950 in Lebanon, IN to the late Gene T. and Dorothy Hyten.
Bruno was in the United States Navy from 1968-1973. Upon honorable discharge from the Navy, he and his wife returned to Indiana. He enrolled at Purdue University where he earned his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was a mechanical engineer for Amtrak at the Beech Grove, IN maintenance facility for over 30 years.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Monty J. Hyten; sons Eric T. Hyten (Maya Worman) and Joshua R. Hyten. He has 5 grandchildren; Rigby Hyten, Addison Hyten, Jackson Hyten, Rocket Hyten and Maliyah Hyten. He has 4 sisters, Cynthia Brummett (Loren), Toni Pratt, Marsha Wilson (Robert) and Dixie Perkinson (Rick).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Dorothy Hyten and his brother Reico Hyten.
The family is holding private services.
