Brian Clifford Layton

56, of Greenfield, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2017. He was born on September 11, 1960 in Indianapolis to Robert Louis and Agatha (Richey) Layton. Brian was a 1978 graduate of Arsenal Tech High school and worked for over 30 years for Jones Lange LaSalle. He had a passion for electronics and always had the newest gadget. Brian will be remembered most as a kind and gentle soul.

He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Virginia Layton; mother, Agatha Willoughby; brothers, Michael Cundiff, Wiley Boles and Christopher Johnson. Brian was preceded in death by his father; and brother, William Nelson Boles.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at 1pm at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the service, also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Washington Park East Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the Indianapolis FOP #86.
