Blake Edward Jeffries

Blake Edward Jeffries 23 years old of Indianapolis, IN passed away Wednesday October 10, 2018.  Blake was born in Nashville, TN to John Allen and Pamela Jean (Crews) Jeffries.  Blake was serving our country in the United States Marine Corp Reserve.  Blake was working as a front desk supervisor for the Marriott Hotel at the Indianapolis International Airport.  Calling will be held on Monday October 15, 2018 at the First Church of the Nazarene 9401 East 25^th Street Indianapolis IN 46229 from Noon to 2 pm Eastern Standard Time Zone. followed by the funeral service at 2 pm.  Blake is survived by his wife; Lindsey Renee Eckart who he married on July 22, 2017 in Nashville, TN.  He is also survived by their dog Stella and Blakes parents; John and Pam Jeffries, his brother; Nathan Jeffries and sister; Stephanie (Ryan) Blanton and nephews; Jackson and Weston Blanton and niece; Alison Blanton and his grandmother; Diane (Sorrell) Crews, father and mother-in-law; Paul and Kelly (Babb) Eckart, Lindsey grandparents; Reverend William and Gloria (Huff) Babb III, and great grandparents; Belva (Aldridge) Huff, Reverend William Babb II, brother and sister in law; Nicholas and Taryn Eckart.  Memorial contributions may be given to either the Shepherd Community Center or to the St. Vincent Stress Center.  Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.  Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park east are handling arrangements.  Online condolences and a video tribute may be viewed at www.flannerbuchanan.com
