Billie Jean (Dozier) Willey
70, of Indianapolis, passed away on September 27, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ron Willey and beloved dog, Sugar. Survivors include her siblings, James, Doyle and Patricia and several nieces and nephews. Services will be Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 2 p.m. with calling from 11 a.m. at Flanner and Buchanan-Broad Ripple. Burial will follow at West Ridge Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
