Bill Wheeler

Bill Wheeler, of Indianapolis, Indiana died May 20, 2016 surrounded by his loving family at the age of 80.

Bill served his country in the National Guard.

He is survived by his daughters Cynthia Hughey and Jodi Wheeler; grandchildren Marshall Royalty and Jennifer Cole; great-grandchildren Chasity, Marshall, Quinton, Sierra, Noah, Lauren, and Ava; and sisters Janet Boeldt (Jack), Judy Scott (Marvin), and Melinda Wheeler. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 46 years Mary Josephine Wheeler, son William R. Wheeler Jr., and his parents, Raymond and Wilma Wheeler.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 27 from 1 to 2 PM at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E Washington St, Indianapolis with Services beginning at 2 PM. Entombment will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Francis Hospice House.
