84, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on October 8, 2019.  Betty was born on July 2, 1935 in Laurel, Mississippi to the late Edward Watts and Doreatha Watts Wilson.  She had worked for W. H. Block for thirty years and for the State of Indiana for fifteen years.  She is survived by her son, Jesse Watts, Sr.; grandsons, Jesse (Aisha) Jr. and Jason (Natashia) Watts; five great-grandchildren; niece, Joyce Ervin and many additional nieces and nephews.  Services will be Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 1 pm with visitation from noon at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.  Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
