Betty Lou Stricker

Betty Lou Stricker, 84 of Zionsville, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021. Betty was born October 4, 1937 in Beech Grove to the late Cicero and Mary Ellen Collins and was one of nine siblings.

Betty was happily married to Walt Stricker for 55 years. Walt passed away in 2014. Betty is survived by her children, Carol Stricker, Joyce (husband, Gary) Ward and David (wife, Sheri) Stricker; grandchildren, Josh (Savannah Smith) Markland, Brian Markland, Jordan Stricker, Lexi Stricker, Paige (Kyle) Smith, Cameron (Abby) Ward, Logan Ward and Brooke Ward; 3 great grandchildren; 3 siblings.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Monday, November 15 at Flanner Buchanan-Carmel, where family and friends are invited to gather from 11:00 am until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, feel free to make donations to a charity of your choice or the Alzheimer’s Association.
