Betty J. Collins, 90, ofNoblesville, IN, passed away February 26, 2017. She was born September 4, 1926 in Indianapolis, IN the daughter of thelate Elmer and Esther (Clark) Ege. Shewas a very accomplished bowler and was a member of the Indiana State “600”Bowling Club, bowling all over the country. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kelly Franklin Collins in 1991,her son Jeffrey Carl Collins and siblings, Virginia “Gig” Kugleman, Grace Nooe,Charles Whitney and Mickey Whitney.

Surviving are children,Kelly Franklin Collins, Jr. (Sherrie), Jean A. Shepard and Christy L. Watts (Bernie);4 grandchildren, Kelly Ann DeFoe, Steve L. Shepard, Amy Sue Shepard and LauraR. Collins; 3 great-grandchildren, Justin Nathaniel DeFoe, Audrey Lynne DeFoeand Adam Michael Shepard.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 4,2017 at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St.,Indianapolis, IN 46229. Burial will follow in Washington Park EastCemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturdayfrom 12:00 PM until the service time at the funeral home.
