99, of Indianapolis, passed away March 12, 2020. She was born on February 1, 1921 in Bedford, Kentucky as the daughter of Manuel and Hallie Davis.
Bertha is survived by her daughter, Anita (Michael) Dean; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Howard L. Buchanan; son, Leon Wesley Buchanan; and 11 siblings.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, from 9-11am at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East. There will be a service following at 11am, also at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Billy Graham’s Samaritan’s Purse.
