Belinda “Lyndie” Sue Stowers, 57, of Fishers, IN passed away on August 31, 2021. She was born in Indianapolis on September 30, 1963 to the late Milton A. Nelson and Mary Katherine Berndt.
She attended Ben Davis High School and eventually went on to attend Ball State University. After college, she began her family with her beloved husband, Greg Stowers, and together they raised their two children in the Indianapolis area. She worked for DuCharme, McMillen & Associates for 28 years and would always leave a candy bowl out on her desk for her co-workers. One of her favorite hobbies was cooking, and she had an affinity for collecting cookbooks and trying out new recipes. She loved going on vacations with her family, enjoyed watching her favorite television show Supernatural, and also had a fondness for clowns!
She is survived by her loving husband, Greg; adoring children Matt Dodds and Melissa Losh; son-in-law Derek; niece and nephews Uriah, Brooke, and Brandon; great-nephew Andrew; siblings-in-law Kenny, Becky, and Les; younger brother Mike; aunt Betty; father-in-law Kenny; close friend Donna; and beloved pets Gwen, Zeke, and Darnell.
She is preceded in passing by grandmother Dorothy; mother Mary; brother Jeffrey; mother-in-law Sam; and sister-in-law Phyllis.
