Beatrice "Bea" Ann Karch

Beatrice Ann Karch, 89, Indianapolis, passed away January 28th after a short illness. Bea was born in Columbus, OH. It was in Columbus that she met and married LTC Jack R Karch on Sept 6, 1950. Jack preceded Bea in death in 2006. Bea was a member of Oakland Chapter #159 Order of the Eastern Star. Bea was a wonderful, loving and devoted mother to her two children Kathy (Gregg) Bowman and Steve (Shirley) Karch. A proud grandmother to Hadley (Jackson) Settlemire, Jessica (Matthew) Williams, Brian (Amanda) Karch and Amy (Will) Cosgrove. Bea had seven great grandchildren plus one on the way. Bea will be buried next to her loving husband at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Fishers. A celebration of life will be held Thursday, February 23rd at 10am at Flanner Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Connor Suite), 9700 Allisonville Rd. Indianapolis. Memorial contributions may be made to Oakland Chapter #159 Order of the Eastern Star.
