Barton James Hoffman

Barton James Hoffman, 56, of Youngs Creek Lane,Camby, IN, died in his residence at 9:45 am on October 22nd, 2020. James was born on December 16th, 1963, in Quezon City, Philippines to Dr. Coralie Jeanne Hoffman “McElroy” and Ronald Albert Hoffman. James served in the U.S Navy as a Corpsman, had an illustrious career as a police officer where he ended as a Chief of Police for the Veterans Affairs. Following his 20+ years of service as a police officer, he spent his final years working for the United States Postal Service. James is survived by his mother, Dr. Jeannie Hoffman. Son, Tyler Hoffman. Daughter, Peyton O’Grady “Hoffman”. Sisters; Rachelle Hrezo “Hoffman” and Ronda Wells “Hoffman”. The Celebration of life will be held at Valley Mills Christian Church on Nov 1st, 2020 between 2-4pm, located at 5555 Kentucky Ave, Indianapolis, IN.
