Bobbie Dobbs, 93, born December 31, 1925, passed away in Auburndale, FL of bilateral subdural hemotomas after a fall in a rehabilitation center.
Born in Richmond, IN, Bobbie leaves behind 3 daughters, Gayla Spivey of Warrenton, NC, Dawn Stamper (husband, Bruce) of Winter Haven, FL, and Robin Beaumont (husband, Terry) of Greenfield, IN; 15 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Milton Dobbs; her son, Michael Bonisa of Surfside, CA; her brother, Marvin Gordon; and sister, Mary Rachel Howard. Bobbie lived in Anderson, Indianapolis and New Palestine, IN as well as Ocala and Winter Haven, FL.
Prior to her retirement she worked as an executive secretary in various industries. She enjoyed swimming, sewing, quilting, painting and creating stained glass artwork. She held a special place in her heart for singing in church choirs and declared often that Jesus was her “best friend.” Mother, Nana, Aunt, and friend, Bobbie will be missed and loved forever.
Services in Florida will be held at 10:00am, Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Champions Church in Winter Haven, FL.
Services in Indiana are tentatively scheduled as follows: Visitation Thursday, February 21 from 5 to 8 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St, Indianapolis.  A Funeral Service will be held Friday, February 22 at 11 AM with visitation 10 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
