Bammer Mayhew (Hatfield)

Bammer Mayhew (Hatfield), age 81, of Indianapolis, passed away October 20, 2017. She was born on May 5, 1936 in Clay County, Kentucky as the daughter of Theo and Arene Hatfield.

Bammer was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Indianapolis for many years. She loved to travel and spend time with her family and friends.

Bammer is survived by her children, Delbert Hubbard, Barbara Arteaga, Mary Mills, Jerry Hubbard, Helen Mars, and Patricia Parsons; 21 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; and 6 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Earl Hubbard.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 from 4-8pm at Flanner Buchanan – Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 26 at 11am, also at the funeral center. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 550 N. Rural St, Indianapolis, IN 46201. Envelopes will be available at the funeral center during services.
